can anyone guide me how to study for cs professional exam preparation for December 2012 attempt?which books to be referred ?is it necessary to read module?

18 July 2012 For CSP, drafting, corporate governance, due diligence u shud go for Study mat. coz Notes of teachers are copied from it only.
For corporate restructuring;notes of Sangeet Kedia are very gud.
For Tax ; Book of Girish Ahuja, 2nd preference is notes of SP goyal
For FM ; refer only books of gud authors, notes of teachers are not helpful at al if u r not taking coaching from them.
For Strateigc mgt.Int. trade ; refer any small book of any author covering al topics of d subject.
