As per my father's 26AS shown on efilling (TRACES)website the amount credited is Rs 267000 and the TDS deducted is 9200.
But as per 16A, gross salary is 370000, net salary is 271000 and the amount of TDS deducted is same i.e. Rs 9200. What should be filled in as salary while filling ITR?

What services are covered under category 120 i.e. Other taxable services?

If all services provided are listed in the list of 119 services, but there are few services on which you are liable to pay ST on Reverse Charge basis. (e.g. receiving lawyer service, manpower services etc)

Question:
1. Do we need to select category 120 if there will be such services?(e.g. receiving lawyer/manpower service) should we select it, to be on a safer side?
As person is not providing such services he need not register under such specified categories(from 1 to 119)but he may receive such services, then under such situation whats should be done?

2. What accounting code we need to apply while paying service tax and filing returns?

I had registered Articleship in OCT 2012 under Direct Entry Scheme of ICAI before completing ITT & OT for NOV 13 Attempt.

Then ICAI sent letter to me & my principal stating that Articleship can not be registered before completing ITT & OT.

Then ICAI has issued Notification stating that Articleship can be registered after completing OT only.

I have completed my Orientation (OT) by now and want to know whether I have to resubmit all the Articleship Registration Forms again with ICAI??

can i get the notes of economics and lmerchantile law. if you have any notes about it then please tell me how i get?

Hey Guys im an existing IPCC user,And i have also finished my graduation(B.com). Now i have a query that the results are to be declared by the 5th of Feb,my exmas were good i have appeared for both groups i have positive hopes that i will clear but as we know its IPCC results sometimes things dont wok accordingly. So now when I went to the Cuff Parae institute(3 months back probably) they told me that registration for Direct Entry for the Nov attempt is 31st Jan2013. And i want to start my articleship any how after results if I clear then through IPCC normal approach,and if by any chance I dont clear,I want to start my articleship through direct entry.I have completed my Orientation as well as ITT so i am eligible to start my articleship through direct entry. So is there anything I can do because if i wait for my results till the 5th of Feb then i would miss the opportunity to register for the November attempt exam. Can there be anything done for existing IPCC students so that they can wait for their results as well as if they dont clear they can register for the Nov attempt.

I am CA final student,converted from PCC to IPCC. First I started my articleship on 5Aug 2008 thn I cmpltd 8months 24 days articlship and terminated the articleship on 30April 2009. Thn agn I started my articleship in 18 Aug 2011 nw it will be cmpltd on 23May 2014. Nw can I give Nov 13 attempt of CA final xam or not??? plzz give me ans abt this tht cn i gv CA final xamz Nov 13 attempt or not???? Thank you..
