I would like to register for CS. I cleared IPCC 1st Group. If IPCC cleared students has exempt form CS foundation. I am eligible or not. if yes what is the next procedure?

A - Kolkata purchase goods from B - (Mumbai)
B raised invoice in the name of A and sent it to GTA (Good transport Agency)
From GTA place A sold the goods to C - Nagpur (Maharastra)
How to deal with this matter as invoice is already issued by charging CST and sent to GTA.

I HV JUST COMPLETED MY 2 YEARS OF ARTICLESHIP, NOW I WANT TO JOIN INDUSTRIAL TRAINING.

Hi every, I applied for Final & Article ship registration on 29th Aug'11. At this, my Final attempt will be on May'14. But on 6th Jan'12 I got transfer from my 1st Firm. I again applied for re-registration on 11th June'12. Now, is my Final attempt postponed to Nov'14 or not ?? If yes, then is there any way that I can do so that my attempt will not postpond??

I have completed PE2 and served article ship for 01y-01m-01d. Then had taken a termination on 09/03/2010. I have not got re registered till date , its been nearly 3 years . Can i continue my article ship and write my finals?
or will this long break end my CA .

if i start my articleship in feb 2013 then which attempt will i get for ca-final and if i start in june 2013 then which attempt can i give after 2.5 years of articleship
