Does a rank wil b alloted for third attempt in ipcc havng an xemptn in grp1 accounts?

To get a rank you should attempt all papers.

you will get rank if you are in top 50 students for highest marks in all over india. your attempt is not matter. you have to get minimum 55% in all the subjects in aggregate.you have to attempt all the papers.
