My articles were officially over in last february. I had taken excess leave of 6 months. Hence my articles got actually completed in august last year. I had not filled 107 for extension of articles. I was directed by the institute to re-register myself as an articled assistant in 102, 103. I have filled those. By when should i expect my articleship completion certificate? I've filled my final exam form for may 13 and i have to sent it by post so that it reaches till the last date. Also is there any other relevant procedure i am supposed to follow. Please inform.

I passed my CPT exam of Dec'2008 & Registered for IPCE in Jan'2009 but till date I could not clear my 1st group of IPCE & because of that I can not join Articleship. I passed my B.Com with 51%. Can I start my Articleship & then during articleship period clear my IPCE? Please Reply.

My sister had applied for revaluation of SFM & ISCA marks to icai. Now her status is showing by icai -"NO DISCREPANCY IN THE MARKS". What does it mean ? Is there not any changes in the marks of both subjects ?

I know someone who is a Commerce graduate from Delhi University with very good marks and satisfies the 55pc criteria. However, an ICAI official said that DU graduates do not qualify for Direct entry scheme as their exams are of 75 marks each and not of 100 marks as required by the ICAI notification dated 16th Aug 2012. Please advice on this. Are such students eligible?
