sir, I wanted to know. possible reasons for condonation ....for submission of form 103 with late fees......what reasons may be give for condonation....help its urgent

The actual reason for delay should be given and in addition to the same you should state that due to regular attending of office of CA you could not submit and delay may kindly be condoned as your intention was not to violate any regulation
