14 February 2013 Hi every, I applied for Final & Article ship registration on 29th Aug'11. At this, my Final attempt will be on May'14. But on 6th Jan'12 I got transfer from my 1st Firm. I again applied for re-registration on 11th June'12. Now, is my Final attempt postponed to Nov'14 or not ?? If yes, then is there any way that I can do so that my attempt will not postpond??

14 February 2013 gap of approximate 5 month in your article ship period definitely postpond your attempt.there is no way that your attempt will not postpond.

23 February 2013 But if I apply for exam on May'14 and suppose it is accepted and I appear the exam the, latter if institute find out about this then is there any penalty or anything?? just a view .....and thankyou for you Notes CA Rahul ji.
