when should i register for ca final for nov 15 attempt( cleared ipcc both grps nov 12) keeping in mind amendments in taxation and law

See i started going to office i.e i commenced my articleship on 15 feb 2013 and i will get franking of FORM NO 102 done tommoro i.e 25 feb 2013.. so my doubt is..

1. IS it correct/ possible/ valid to mention 15 feb 2013 as my articleship commencement date in form no 102 even though i have done franking of form 102 on 25th feb 2013

2. When will institute consider my articleship i.e with effect from the date mentioned in form no 102 or from the day i started going to office??

3. Is retrospective effect possible in franking i.e Franking done on 25th feb 2013 whereas articleship commenced with retrospective effect from 15 feb??

4. Actually i want to get articleship registered on 15 feb 2013 but i havenot done any franking or bought stamp paper or bond .. is it possible??

i cleared both the groups of ipcc in nov 2012 exams first attempt &scored 483.i am in dhanbad,jharkhand and the greatest problem is here seats are full as article trainee and i cant leave the city coz i am in graduation 2nd year.....i also want to give icwai inter in dec this year.....i am stressed out... what to do?plz suggest the best for me so that i can cope up with studies and learn work too.

i filled in my verification form for group 2 using the online facility for verification and my payment status too is shown as successful but when i m chckng the status of my verification result its showing record not found wat should i do ....do i need to apply again....pls reply asap as the last date for verification is 5th mar

As per institute rules one must have successfully completed 2.5 years of artcleship in order to appear in 2013 may final exam under ipcc scheme.

As i was filling final examination form for may 2013 exam ,

my 2.5 yrs of articleship will be completed on 30 th april 2013 but while filling the form today , today i have not completed 2.5 years so will i be eilgible to appear in may 2013????

Can I register for final course in 2014 itself. Does it make a difference?

I Have completed my article-ship on 24.02.2012 and I have already sent form no: 108 for article completion with duly signed by my principal on 02.01.2013.
I am still not received Article Completion Certificate till date. So somebody let me know what I need to do with Online Form for Final May 2013 exam as I have to annex Completion Certificate Copy with form. And Last date for sending Online Form is 27.02.2013.

Dear Sir,

I have filed online exam form of IPC today & get provisional registration.

Now i have to sent the hard copy which should be attested by C.A. As i have completed my articleship & passed Group-I, should i get sign/attestation from C.A. on page 3 of provisional registration form or only on page 2.

Pls. advise.

ITT training not compleated.n i have not joined for Article training.

i wanted to know what are the conditions to appear for May 2013 IPC new (Intermediate exam).

plz clarify as the earliest.

27th Feb 2013 is last date for submitting Exam application form.
