is there any compulsion to do cs-articles before cs-final.If no can i get qualification certificate before doing cs - articles .

The assessee company not maintaining log book for use of car the A.O. wants to make an addition in the absence of log book the perquisites of cars is added in the income of directors and some of the employee.cars are used exclusive for business of the assessee but the A.O. is still instance to disallowed.please send the site allowed car expenses

My Self Mr. Pawan Patil. I have cleared CWA Inter Group II in last Jun-12 attempt. I appeared ICWA Inter Group I In Dec-12 . But, I failed & scored only 140 marks details as under.
Financial Accounts Marks 55
Commercial Law & Audit Marks 45
Applied Direct Tax Marks 40
Total Marks 140
I am doing job & working as finance Manager. I have few times for study.
My English is not good. Last time prepared lot for commercial law & Audit but I could not scored 55-60 marks How can score in Commercial Law & Audit ?

My Direct tax is good but last time not sufficient time for preparation. Paper was also tricky. How can I score more in Income tax & clear the exam ?
Please guide me.

How to clear executive programme 6 Papers in one time, I meant how to take practice for that?

1)My friend while uploading final exam form mistakenly filled wrong details .
2)Mistake took place in filling up the details of last exam.
3)Instead of selecting the option" Fail" the option got selected as "withheld" unintentionally .
4)E-payment is done.
5)How to rectify the mistake?
6)What should we do now ?

i have passed Group 1 of PCE Examination in May 2012.

As per Board Announcement all those student
who have passed Group 1 of PCE Exam will get paper wise exemption not a group wise exemtion,

I want to know only is there is also validity of this exemption will be remaining 3 times or not

I need your valuable reply in this regard sir.

i have registered online for the orientation programme.. but due to certain problems i could'nt deliver the DD and acknowledgement slip personally to headoffice in Colaba..
i did send it by post and it was delivered within 7 days of registration.. even the amnt (rs 3000) was deducted from the bank account but i m yet to receive the notification from the institute for the same! what should i do?

I hv cleared PCE in Nov 2012 attempt nd now I want to give final attempt In may 2013. I have already cleared My article ship, so all of you are kind request pls suggest the Last date for registration & other compliance as is needed to give may 2013 Attempt.
