Final examination form plz help!!!

23 February 2013 Dear Sir ,

As per institute rules one must have successfully completed 2.5 years of artcleship in order to appear in 2013 may final exam under ipcc scheme.

As i was filling final examination form for may 2013 exam ,

my 2.5 yrs of articleship will be completed on 30 th april 2013 but while filling the form today , today i have not completed 2.5 years so will i be eilgible to appear in may 2013????

plzzzzzz helppp me outtt plzzzzzzzzz....

23 February 2013 Yes, you are eligible for May 2013 attempt and while filling of your examination form select the option of servicing last 6 months of articleship as on the date of exams or the option which giving meaning of completion of 2.5 years of articleship and in last 6 months training of articleship as on the date of exams.

23 February 2013 Dear Sir,

In my first year of articleship i had succesfully taken transfer complying with all formalities.

Now during my second year , the principal under which my articleship was going on had taken transfer to another firm in december 2012.
I also started doing articleship under the new firm in which my principal had taken transfer (without filling any form or intimating the ICAI as i was informed by the institute that association is with principal and not firm).

But in feb 2013 my principal had permanatly taken resignation from the new firm also and did not join any ca firm.

So now while filling form no.109 ,

WILL MY ARTILCESHIP FROM DECEMBER 2012 - FEB 2013 BE COUNTED OR NOT ? (as i had not filled any form during dec 2011)
