Can I register for final course in 2014 itself. Does it make a difference?

Is you already register for your Articleship then you can register for your final at any time but before to apply for final exams. In case you are not register for articleship and registering to articleship after completion of both groups of IPCC then must and should you have to register for final along with articleship registration otherwise your articleship registration no does till registering to final.
I think you already register for articleship so you can register for final in 2014.
