I was registered for CWA inter in 2003 and finished 50 hrs computer training and wrote the first group in 2004 but couldn't clear. Thereafer I coulnt write the exam and i think my registration expired in 2009.

Now i want to continue CMA inter again. So what are the formalities to be completed to pursue CMA inter again. OR should i go for fresh registration. Please reply.

Is Form 109 is to be sent along with Form 102/103 within 30 days??If Form 109 is delayed can the both be sent with demand draft attached with it as late fee??

while submitting form 109 for transfer what happen if termination date differ with the signing date of CA. e.g. if termination date is 03-03-2013 and signing date is 27-03-2013. please reply.

It is written on the instructions that prior consent of institute is required before filling of form 109.

I find the indirect tax portion in Bangar very exhaustive. I take about 6 hrs for each chapter . please help me how should i study the exhaustive portion in a time bound manner. how should i cover the portion in 11/2 days before the exam
