18 May 2013 while submitting form 109 for transfer what happen if termination date differ with the signing date of CA. e.g. if termination date is 03-03-2013 and signing date is 27-03-2013. please reply.

18 May 2013 I DONT THINK IT WILL BE A PROBLEM

It is not possible to take signature immediately on the date of transfer.

and so it will not be a problem,..

it means student terminates on 3rd march and employer approves it but on a later date.

but 109 should send to icai with in 30 days from the date of transfer i.e.,

18 May 2013 in my opinion to a covering letter can be attached along with 109 form

stating the reasons for delay and request them to accept transfer,

Note: it is my opinion only and u can confirm the same with nearest icai regional office or by making a call to icai chennai

18 May 2013 thanks sr. if there is period of delay 31-180 days to submit form 103 alongwith transfer form 109, DD of Rs. 300 is to be paid. Is it not sufficient? plz reply

18 May 2013 you dont need to pay more than fee prescibed by icai

and better you provide a covering letter along with delay fee dd
