Transfer of articleship

18 May 2013 It is written on the instructions that prior consent of institute is required before filling of form 109.

i'm transferring my articleship within limit of 1 year do i too need to get institute informed about my wish to take transfer of articleship?????

plz help in a gr8 confusion.

18 May 2013 with in one year articleship transfer icai prior permission is not required

even in my case also i sufferred to judge what to do in this case when some says prior permission requires and some says not required.

how ever i made a call to chennai and confirmed..

i have sent 109 with out obtaining any prior permission from icai and also successfully re-registered with new employor.

so it is not required to take prior permission from icai in ur case ,if u want confirm the same with icai chennai

one more thing that i've terminated my articleship in back date mns wef 15/4/13 that's 11 month of articleship and i will b sending my form 109 & 103 in nxt two days.
are there any time limit to send form 109 to institute.??

18 May 2013 109 form duly signed and filled to be submitted to ICAI with 30 days from the date of transfer along with the identity card obtained under old employer

18 May 2013 that means nw ive crossed d 30 days limit nw wt should i do.
