18 May 2013 sir what is the consequences if request of transfer is nt accepted by the institue...wot wld happen to the period serve in between with new principle........

21 May 2013 your query was not clear,,however let me say something

ICAI will not object transfer of articleship in first year of articleship provided 109 form is properly filled and signed wherever applicable

but if you are taking transfer of articleship after one year it is your responsibility to take ICAI permission before to take transfer from current employer and filing 109 form with icai.

ICAI will not accept if you have sent 109 with out obtaining prior permission
