i cleard 1st group of ipcc in may 2013..if i join articleship in any firm..what should be check before joining?

i get register for articalship after passing 1st grp of ipcc and i filled exam form of 2nd grp and get it sign by other ca instead of my principle ca because i am out of station and i have posted the form to institue is there is any issue.........

I have already registered for cma inter in last 2012 dec, recently came to know that to appear in dec 2013 exams we have to solve rtps and to be send to chapter.
can any one say details of it, with last date and procedure?

i m doing ipcc .. plz guide me how to prepare for law and audit.. as these are cramming based subjects... or should i go for coaching of both..?
plz help me
n how much time it would take to prepare both by self study ?

I am taking transfer of my articleship from Udaipur(CIRC) to Mumbai(WIRC) after 6 mths.Plz,can anyone clarify me on following matters-
1)all documents required
2)form 109 to be submitted to icai office in udaipur or in mumbai
3)what to do with old form 102,103 and identity card
4)franking required on which forms(109,102,103 or all) ?
5)form 102,103 can be puchased from udaipur or from mumbai

i have been registered for my articleship 5 months ago. now i want to take transfer to another firm. is there any rule that we cannot take transfer within 6 months of articleship joining??? please replyasap

I have cleared CPT in December'2012, but yet not registered for IPCC,
I am planning to get registered in November'13. I want to know that If I get registered in November'13 which attempt will i get, as it is noted that there should be time gap of 9 months between registration and attempt.
So, will i get May'14 or Nov'14?
