Ipcc registration and attempt

Hello,
I have cleared CPT in December'2012, but yet not registered for IPCC,
I am planning to get registered in November'13. I want to know that If I get registered in November'13 which attempt will i get, as it is noted that there should be time gap of 9 months between registration and attempt.
So, will i get May'14 or Nov'14?
please kindly reply as soon as possible,

If you registered yourself on Nov 2013, your attempt to write IPCC exam will be on Nov, 2014..
