Which one is applicable, Company Law 1956 or Company Bill 2012?

what stipend a studend is getting during his training?

sir i have completed 6 month of training.
and want to leave the current CA firm .
and again start fresh articles from now.

so that my 6 months are wasted and i complete whole period of articleship from new CA firm only .
what are the regulations regarding this ??

Is it mandatory to take permission of icai in this regard even in the case of graduation?
sir, i have applied for b.com final course on Regular basis and going to fill up the form of articleship. hence whether i will have to disclose this in the form given in that articleship form? if Yes then how....?
