I am an ACS-inter Student and 'm going to attend this december exam....

Which one is applicable, Company Law 1956 or Company Bill 2012?

04 September 2013 ICSI has clarified that the Companies Bill 2012 is not applicable for Dec 2013 Exams

However, the highlights and important
provisions of the Act may be asked in the Exams

04 September 2013 In December 2013, CS exam Companies Act, 1956 will be applicable.
However it would request you to prepare the following for exam purpose:

1. At least 10 points of distinction between Companies Act, 1956 and Companies Act, 2013.
2. Short note on Companies Act, 2013.
