respected sir,
can we continue our graduation on Regular basis during articleship.
Is it mandatory to take permission of icai in this regard even in the case of graduation?
sir, i have applied for b.com final course on Regular basis and going to fill up the form of articleship. hence whether i will have to disclose this in the form given in that articleship form? if Yes then how....?

If you are in B.com final don't fill 112 n dnt show that u r pursuing B.com finals...

if ur joining articleship then as per regulation 56(1) and 65 of CA regulation act,1949 u need to inform icai in form 112 duly signed by your existing CA.

As by Law you have to fill 112 but as a regular practice and frankly speaking if you are in Final of B.com, I would suggest neither required to fill 112 nor to submit..
