03 September 2013 respected sir,
can we continue our graduation on Regular basis during articleship.
Is it mandatory to take permission of icai in this regard even in the case of graduation?
sir, i have applied for b.com final course on Regular basis and going to fill up the form of articleship. hence whether i will have to disclose this in the form given in that articleship form? if Yes then how....?

03 September 2013 If you are in B.com final don't fill 112 n dnt show that u r pursuing B.com finals...

04 September 2013 if ur joining articleship then as per regulation 56(1) and 65 of CA regulation act,1949 u need to inform icai in form 112 duly signed by your existing CA.

04 September 2013 As by Law you have to fill 112 but as a regular practice and frankly speaking if you are in Final of B.com, I would suggest neither required to fill 112 nor to submit..
