i want to go for industrial training.now i am doing articles since 27.04.2012 .
when i will be eligible for join in industrial training and wats the period for industrial training?

is gng for that is gud r nt?

x a seller sell the goods to the customer y for Rs.200 and y paid 1000/- amount and seller have no change to returned excess money he given change to other person e.i. z and x return the Rs. 800/- but some times z say this note is duplicate....
after that seller paid whole amount Rs.1000/- paid by z.
in this case total loss bear by seller is?

Dear Sir,
I have completed my ipcc both groups in nov 2012. .I have sent my Article reg form in April 2013 to Chennai.
I didnot get any Letter from ICAI.but my employer got a letter stating me to register for final also.
Since the final syllabus is changing form Nov 2014,If I register now I may not get updated books for my attempt i.e for May 2016.

Kindly suggest me on the same

i have cleared my ippce and have not registered for articleship and finals.I WANT TO REGISTER AFTER TWO TO THREE YEARS.is there any problem in doing this

I had taken transfer from articleship from ahmedabad to gandhidham after 1 year of articleship

The institute had approve my transfer application on 8th August and Intimation is given on 27th Aug By telephone.

So I have submited Form no 109 dated 8th august which contains 150 days of leave in 1.5 years and my new joining date is 30th Aug. That means there is a difference of 22 days due to institute's late intimation

Due to this My Articleship term increased by 22 days and my final attempt will be delayed by 6 months.

i have actually worked for more than 35 hours in a week during my last articleship and recently also working 48 hours a week

so How can i stop the delay of CA FINAL EXAMINATION.

I am in verymuch trouble.
Please Acknowledge Me as soon as possible

is it compulsory to registered for finals with articleship if you have passed both groups of IPCC ??????

Sir/mam,
I am about to complete 2nd year of articleship and got an opportunity for industrial training.for calculating leaves, my principal has considered so called"sandwich leaves"
I.e. if I take a leave on saturday and monday, they count sunday as a leave as well.Which is creating lot of troubles.There is no guideline from institute.
What should I do?

I have completed my 2 years of articleship on 04/09/2013 and want to serve last year in industrial training (i am still loking for vacancy) so my query is can i take termination and fill form 109 right now?
