I m in my frst yr of articles..I want to take transfer.wat r d procedures and forms to be filled...

In the first year there is no conditions to take termination of articleship. I.e you are free to take termination. Only one thing is employer's consent is necessary because of he has to sign on form 109.
The process to get termination is as follows.
Fill form 109 along with your present employer and make both are sign on it and send it to the ICAI for your region and then approach a new employer where you want to continue your articleship and fill form 102 and 103 as like as first time you filled and completed and send form 102 & 103 to your region of ICAI.
(Note: After termination for re-registration to articleship you need not to pay any fees).
