Will the stipend be receivable by an articled assistant while on his study leave??

If institute disallowed the request of transfer of seat and i do not want to go back to previous employer, then what step should i take further for convincing institute regarding transfer of seat.

My query is whether I can choose any company satisfying minimum turnover requirement of 10 crore and assets worth 1 crore
or
I have to choose from the list of companies approved by icai?????
If I have to choose from the approved list then what is the purpose of issuing this notification of assets 1 crore and turnover 10 crores????

Recently in septembar I got all my B.com markssheets..and I hav posted it to Chennai branch of ICAI.
Its been almost a month ,but I havnt yet got any reply from them...
will i b eligible to write ITT exam,
witthout SRO number ..

Can anybody tell me if i want to give only one or two paper in group whether it compulsory to attend all the papers of group ...???
