I have completed my articles as on 30th sept 2017. I have extension of 26 days. Can I fill form 107 from 1st Nov 2017 or it is mandatory to serve extension from next of completion itself. i.e 01st Oct 2017

I want to ask in class 12 we have studied that only public limited company can isssue shares and trade in stocks in stock market. But private company's shares like reliance. pvt. ltd shares are also there. What are the criteria that a private company has to follow to issue shares to general public

As my friend is doing CA as well as bcom(H) from Patna. His college timing is from 7:00-11:30 AM. As per rule one can't start articleship after 11:00 AM. So my query is that can he be able to get permission by principal of the college to leave the college by 10:30 AM. If yes what are the ways to obtain so?

I got a letter from ICAI stating that I made a delay in submitting form 112 ,hence pay a fine of rs 500 and a letter from my employer stating reasons for such delay.The letter was addressed to my old employer(I took transfer from that employer).How can I reply for this letter.? Will just giving fine solve the issue? Please help

Is It true that we have to write in exams with black pen??

I'll be giving my ipcc group 2 in November 17, and my CA final attempt is in November 18, so when should I start my CA final classes?? , whether direct after giving my exams (ie... In November 17 itself) , or after my results (ie... February 18). And also suggest which option is good:
1) appear CA final group 1 in November 17 & group 2 in may 19, OR
2) Both groups in may 19......

My cousin sister told me. someone is giving her Rs. 200,00,000/- by cheque without any charges. And she has to pay this amount after two years. But she has saving account. but there is no big transaction on her account. my question is Can she has to take this amount on her account ? if yes. than she has to pay any one charges to income tax ? and what she has to show about this amount in her account and income tax.

I've registered for ipcc in may16, And i haven't completed both ITT and orientation course. For past few months in south India no batches for the same are being held. So can I do Icitss for both IT and Orientation because only Icitss batches are being held here.
