Form 109,transfer in first year of articleship

16 October 2017 I made a wrong calculation in no. Of days worked.will my 109 get rejected?
In form 102 is it compulsory to be executed in stamp paper?
Should the stamp paper be dated as date if commencement of articleship

17 October 2017 Not rejecyed if days are not less than required.... It is compulsory to execute articleship deed on stamp paper. .No. Date mentioned by you in your return is considered as commencement of articleship
