is it compulsary to provide bank statement while submitting form 108 after 365 days.
In any conditions can it be done without the statement because i dont have any.

I did my IPCC and Articleship but I did only Income tax return and VAT returns work at my articleship and after completing my articleship I have not done any work related to CA line. I am doing work in junior schools because I need job but there is no Accounting job available in my hometown and in CA firms work load and timing is high but there is low salary.
I want to ask that I want to do Lecturers or teaching job not full time job in Company or CA firms.
Please guide me should I complete my CA or not and after CA which work can I do.
I have no guidance please provide me guidance if it is possible to you.
And my CA final is pending and I have not given any attempt till now and I have gap of 3 to 4 years after my IPCC and have to prepare CA final by Self study.
So, what should I do.

When I try to file the the DIR 3 KYC in respect of DIN allotted between 1.1.2018 to 31.3.2019 the form does not allow to fill the DIR 3 KYC and some error message is coming like "DIN 00000 entered is not deactivated due to the reason for non filing of DIR 3KYC"
Further Pl confirm whether all the directors who had got the DIN before 31.12.2017 and filed the DIR 3 KYC
already has to once again file DIR 3 KYC every year or it is one time only
My CA has given me completion in February, 2019 and signed my Form 108 with a condition that after my exams i have to work with him for 1 year.
He got me to write a letter saying that i will work with him for that period with my signatures.
Could you please let me know the consequences of not working? And will it affect my articleship completion?
In November 2018 exam there was one question as under :
Mr. Ramesh promised to pay Rs. 50,000 to his wife Mrs. Lali so that she can spend the sum on her birthday. Mrs. Lali insisted her husband to make a written agreement if he really loved her. Mr. Ramesh made a written agreement and registered the agreement under the law.
Mr. Ramesh failed to pay the specified amount to his wife Mrs. Lali.
Now Mrs. Lali wants to file a suit against Mr. Ramesh and recover the promised amount. Referring to the applicable provisions of the Contract Act 1872, advise whether Mrs. Lali will succeed?
The suggested answer as posted on ICAI site shown the answer as under :
To create a valid contract, there must be an intention on the part of the parties to create legal relationship between them. In social agreements it is presumed that there is no intention to create legal relationship. So social or domestic types of agreements are not enforceable in court of law and hence they do not result into contracts.
In the given circumstances wife will not be able to recover the amount as it was a social agreement and the parties did not intend to create any legal relations.
Is this answer correct? Is there any relevance of section 25 of ICA which provides for exception to consideration - Out of natural love and affection, written registered agreement and close relation between the parties.

Whether prior permission is required on plain paper in case of industrial training before submission form 109 to ICAI.
under sec 139(5) Revise return can be filed upto end of A.Y (from A.Y 18-19).and time limit to get intimation is 12 month from of financial return in which return is filed.If we are needed to revise return after getting intimation under section 143(1) and by that time, time to revise the retun under sec 139(5) gets over .so can we still revise return

If some one got salary 50000 per month and he is Salaried person. so, there 50,000 X 12 = 6,00,000/- In that case tax nill on 2,50,000 remainning 3.50,000/- we deduct @ 5% tds which is Rs.17,500/- In monthly case, if we pay 50000/- that person that means we deduct 1458 tds. am I right or wrong. after that how much amount deduct for PT (professional tax) please suggest anyone.
