Which company prepare CFS? Pvt Ltd or Limited Companies?

What is the Meaning in Listed company and In that listed company only public company or Pvt Company or Both Company included? Kindly explain

I have joined for articleship on 11 September 2017. On 30 September 2019, I have taken termination with the firm by filing Form 109, for the purpose of doing industrial training and I have filed Form 104 w.e.f 1st October 2019 (therefore there is no breakage of service). However, these two forms viz. form 109 and Form 104 are pending for approval with regional office as showing in my SSP portal. What if these forms are not approved by regional office till end of January 2020 or till end of feb 2020 (last date of for filing exam application) will I be eligible to write in May 2020 final examinations.

I have tried doing registration online, but i haven't executed a backdated stamp paper...I couldnt register earlier as my termination process was on hold like for 9 months... It took 9 months jus for the institute to approve termination. Now I thought of registering backdated since termination is done .. but they are asking to upload franking copy and its compulsary that it should be on the date of commencement of articleship . Now is it possible to get a back dated non judicial stamp paper ? or should i count it as another attempt gone and register from now? Due to this 9 months of delay i already lost an attempt.. now another one? Please help me out? very urgent...

I had registered in May 2019 for CA foundation November attempt.But due to lack of knowledge did not fill my CA foundation application form and could not get my admit card.Do I need to register again for the next May attempt or simply fill the application form which would be available in February?

I decided to take a break from articleship and am planning to join a new firm only after passing ca inter, so I took voluntary termination from my firm, I , so now how do I register for subsequent attempts, I gave my first attempt in Nov 19.So now, my doubt is can I write subsequent exams and what do I have to do for certificate of practise?

One of my client provides adverting services. he have received a invoice in which rent for hall and food is given in one Invoice but the amount have been shown for rent and food seperately in same invoice and even GST is also have been charged seperately . here i am in a dilemma whether i have to charge TDS on the whole invoice amount or the Rent seperately
