I want to know if i convert from CA Final Old to CA Final New Syllabus by making a payment of Rs. 1000 on icai website whether i have to separately purchase ICAI study material or whether i will receive study material within the fees of Rs.1000

I am student of ca final (old scheme). My group 2 is still pending. I will be preparing for the third time for my group 2 and I am slightly directionless on how to prepare this time. I think I know the subjects when I study them but I do not get marks so surely there is something wrong that I am doing. I have to appear in May 2019.

I terminated from my article training bearing reason for industrial training and regional officer approved it. I had not registered under industrial training in company but i want to join other articleship firm as the company which i choose is not good

I made re registration for other articles ship firm for 1 year and the new principal accepted it. Whether the regional offiver will approve the registration or not

Or else he will disapprove that taking termination onbasis of registering industrial training and now joining articleship. Again

Sir I actually purchased a byjus IAS tablet program from byjus and it cost me 69000 rupees .I've already paid 15300 rupees in 2months I was not able to pay the whole amount at onvmce so I have signed an agreement of paying monthly instalments.sir now I'm not in a position to pay the remaining instalments and I opted for cancellation and they(byjus) are saying that cancellation is not possible and if I'll not pay the remaining EMI amounts they will take legal actions against me.
Sir in that situation what can I do.please help me sir .

I've done CMA and doing my practical training from a leading company, but along with I also want to do one more professional qualification so I'm planning to do CS because of training and various particular subject exemption. So my query is that, will CS good or go for CA.

We have more than 20 employees in our concern (Society(Termed as govt. Council)). But still we have not deducted and contributed to pf & esi. And more than 55 employees are getting Rs.16,000/- as Fixed. Please let me know is the pf & esi act applicable to us.

Can a student passing ipcc group2 wil be eligible for articleship

In my audit paper I qouted wrong section in an answer but the provision was absolutely right so whether I will get any step marking for the
remaining answer or the examiner will cut the whole answer

I had completed my PE 1 COURSE in 2000 and have enrolled for PE 2, but couldn't complete it. Later I converted to PCC but couldn't attend the exams due to some personal matters. Now I would like to start all over again. Is it possible for me to do so at this age of 35. PLEASE DO HELP ME.
