08 January 2020 Which company prepare CFS? Pvt Ltd or Limited Companies?

What is the Meaning in Listed company and In that listed company only public company or Pvt Company or Both Company included? Kindly explain

08 January 2020 Listed companies are those public limited companies sell their shares through stock exchanges . The legal provision is to be adhered under companies act, SEBI and other act by listed companies. The public limited companies only sell theirs shares and private limited companies cannot sell through stock exchanges and hence cannot be listed companies
