i hv one silly doubt which is regarding uploading of Form 23B ( APPOINTMENT OF AUDITORS)is concerned...
when i login into the site of Ministry Of Corporate Affairs (www.mca.gov.in) i dont understand hw to proceed as far as uploading of Form 23B is concerned...pl help me out...if poss jst let me know the steps...

What is the prescribed limit of remuneratiion u/s 314(1)? is it more than Rs. 10000 or Rs. 10000 or more?

Similarly, u/s 314(1B) : is it more than rs.50000 or Rs. 50000 or more?

One of my friends has completed her articlship.But Her principal is telling that she has got excess leave . so she has to work for sometime also.Since its a lie she told them directly that she cant work more in that firm,she wants transfer.These guys say she has taken 262 leaves.(Big Blunter).But For her exam form they signed as its Oct 24 her completion date on August 16 th.What s happening now is she has nt been given termination yet.She s on leave too.They are keeping it pending saying dat they are nt well .. they ve fever .. so till date from dec 1 - dec 15 they are marking her leave..Seems they want to mark enough leave sothat it will touch 262.What can she do?

Can any body can help me on the following issue:-

Recently i got a opportunity to work with good CA firm and articleship period left is 4 months

The firm told me to get a secondment letter from your present principal where u r working.

my query is :-

Whether the new firm will pay me stipend or professional fees ?

Whether the old firm will pay me stipend ?



I ALSO KNOW THAT REGULATION 54 OF ICAI ALSO APPLIES AND I HAVE TO FILL THE SECONDMENT FORM ....


PLS CLARIFY ON THE ABOVE ISSUE ASAP

but now i want to take termination frm the auditor due to bad working conditions.
but i heard that we can not move out up to six months.. of our registration
so pls tell me is there any way to come out and join with other auditor, and what is the procedure and cost of soo..

i want to know that whether it is compulsory to give intimation to the principal in writing atleast three months before of the industrial trainnin?? what happend if we can not join industrial trainning after taking transfe??.. whether we have any option to take normal CA trainning under a chartered accountant and not going for a industrial trainning after taking transfer on account of industrial trainning?

I want to do industrial training from Bharat Oman Refinaries Limited ( Subsidiary of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited ) that is not included in list of approved industries but its holing company HPCL (Industry code1124 ). How can I do industrial training from Bharat Oman Refinaries Limited.
