Im having difficulty in preparing the information technology subject from padhukas/study material. I have heard that j k shah notes are very good. Since i dont stay in mumbai, i'm not able to arrange for those notes. Is it possible to email me ?

my attempt is in may 09 . but i have not prepared for it yet ... i am thinking of giving just 1 group . if i give the xamz grp wise i will be said to have passed pcc in second attempt . so should i go for all at once in nov 09 and leave this attempt .
coz i think in future when 1 goes for job first attempt pass are given preference ....

my prepration is as follows
cost ... 70%(tution goin on)
acc 65% ( coaching over)
law(done company law and indian contract act)
audit(35% done)
IT and strtgc mgmt (nt touched)
income tax ( coaching goin on )

do i have a chance of giving both groups in may '09. i am in b.com 2nd year whose xamz are in april starting 1st week

I have taken 3 months of leave for a surgery and have not been paid anything during this leave. Later i took 4 months of leave for final exams and did not get paid any thing 4 that too. I cleared one group in May 2008 and have given another group in Nov 2008. for Nov attempt, I got 1 month leave and they paid 1500Rs. as per institute rules as i demanded them. Now my boss is counting 7 months excess leave for which he paid nothing but still i have to work for him. As far as i know, we have to work only 4 paid leave. I havent been given a single pie during my leave. Pleaaaase clarify about my leave entitlement. Whether i can take any action against my principal through ICAI?

My 15 months of articleship gets over only on 22nd Jan 2009.my leave starts from 1 jan 2009.i am appearing in may 09 pcc exams.
Will there be a probllem if i take leave from 1st jan ? or should i work till jan 22nd of 2009?

Please let me know that if we take termination of articleship from one firm should we re register within 3 months elsewhere for articleship?

And if we dont re-register within 3 months,do we have to restart our articleship afresh?

i cleared inter in 1998 and attempted final 6-7 times thereafter now there is gap of atleast 3-5 years. can i apper for fianl in future ?? how ?????

Please explain about the Accounting Technician Certificate, Is it useful for a candidate who has completed CA Inter to get this Certificate. What are the benefits of it.

Is it mandatory for CA inter passed candidate to get this certification.

I have completed B Com and then joined PE-II. I have cleared one group in PE-II Scheme. I have been working for a Chartered Accountant as an audit trainee for past one year. I have given my exam for the other group and awaiting results.
Once I clear will this one year of experience be considered for Articleship?
