I have compeleted my CA in 2005, but my GMCS course is pending to take membership number. Whether this couse is possible on saturday-sunday basis, as I am not getting leave for 15days from office.

Please guide.

i have cleared PCC nov,2008.
In the Students news letter of Feb,09 Vice Presidents message states as " Some of the decisions helpful to the students taken during this year are year are: extension of PE-II examinations upto May 2009, removing the discrimination for final students to appear in the examination by enabling all the final students to appear during the last 6 months of their practical training."...

I started my articles in Feb07 and due for completion in Aug,2010 therby am i elegible to write final exams in May,2010..?? as per the earlier provisions I was elegible for final exams only after completion of Articles.

Hello plz help me out In my office seniors have responsibility to teach us about different works but our senior office 1st doesnt gives full knowledge & then blames us saying we have done wrong & also says that its sirs fault that he didnt gave u full knowledge . Even she always speaks about " i m that i m that" here i means she herself.What to do. She even says wrong complains abiut juniors to sir. I m fedd up now .i cant get transfer also from articleship. Also i m alone junior in our office so cant make up to go to sir to complain.
What shld i do.

Is it necessary to be registered as an article assistant before appearing PCE though the student has completed 18 months of training?

I am going to appear in June, 2009 in CA Final Exams. I am a student of Ca Final Old Course. I want to ask whether ICAI will ask the questions in these exams going to be held in June 2009 according to New Syllabus or as per the Old Syallabus.
