I was started CA in 1998 after B.com(H)I had given 2 inter attempt but not cleared that time. After complete my 3 year training a didn't given any exam.Now I want to again start for CA exam.Pl. advise that i need new reg.No. or i can start with my previous reg. no.Also advice i need to again complete CA training and how i can start correspondence with CA institute.

I want information about leave permissible to an article clerk.
on our website it is give it will be calculated at the rate one sixth of the total period served.

I want to know the exact method of calculation of Leave period. is leave taken for examination is calculated and it includes examination days also.

my query is
m about to appear my PCC exam in june this year but my boss is not givin me leave for more den one and half months. i hv already taken leave for 3 months. my office timin is from 10 to 6.30, i hv worked for almost all sundays n even worked for 20 hrs. so if i took dat into consideration my all 3 months leave gets compensated , but my boss is not allowing it.
Now m thinking of taking transfer from him n appear for exams & then register with some other CA . So wat should i do now. Please reply fast...

M Amit frm kolhapur.I registered my articleship in July 2007,m about to appear PCC in June this year.
M also doin CS course for which i got registered in Dec 2007, and i intimated the same to CA Institute in September 2008. Now m fined Rs1000 for late intimation.As per the notice on the Institutes's website i.e students who hv registered bfore 31-3-2008 are not required to fill form no 112. I sent a letter to the Institute containing the notice i.e students who hv registered bfore 31-3-2008 are not required to fill form no 112, but today a letter came from the Institute about it and it stated that 'Registration prior to 31st March is applicable for other than graduation course. As such form no 112 is applicable to you". So wat should i do now..

I had appeared in Nov-08 PCC , but could'nt clear it , my question is that if my articleship ends by 12th September , when would my Final attempt fall if I clear the forthcoming PCC exams. Earlier my Final Attempt was to fall in Nov-10. I would be really grateful if I could receive some help in this context.

I Gave my both group exam in Nov. 2008. I was expecting very good marks in Accounts as i prepared very well an also attempted all the question. I was expecting ma in 80,s but i was shocked to see ma result and i secured only 34 in dat subject. Should i go for rechecking? Is there a +ve result From C.A Board regarding rechecking.

In Hire Purchase accounting, the vendor deals in both cash sales & Hp sales, such is the case in the books of vendor the stock reserve is to be created for the Hp closing stock (i.e)installments not yet due, for the stock reserve calculation the loading has to be ascertained.My question is the loading amount computed is to be whether (Hp price - Cash price) or (Hp price - Cost Price)?

i had got my PE2 results..
i got 69 in accounts and 21 in business & corporate law.
for auditing i got 62 in my earlier exam i,e may 2008.
i claimed exemption of auditing in the nov 2008 exemption. now my doubt is can i claim both the exemptions of accounts and auditing...?
