weather i should giv both groups of IPCC in nov 09 or only one group...my aim is to get a rank...and i came to know that it is possible with both groups simultaneously

Rank is given to only those students who appears in both groups and clears it.
If your aim to be a rankholder, then you have to clear both groups in one attempt with good marks.
