Choose company secretary course if you are plannig for a job after completion.

But....
I want to persue a degree which has world-wide recognition.
Moreover, CS final is mainly theoritical and i am very poor in muging-up.
I am too very much interested in practical subjects.

u can go for research in finance and taxation if you want. alternatively, u can do DTP, CFM, MBA in Finance...
