Kindly explain me the difference between application of depriciation between companies act & income tax act.

Basic difference is of Rates. Other then this there are lots of differences like, in Income Tax it is calculated on 180 days basis, and in Comapnies Act on number of days basis. There is no block concept under Companies Act. Many other differences are there.
