how to answer the question that why it took so long for you to pass CA final exam.

Hello Everyone, My CA Final attempt is On November-16. Will the New syallbus come into effect with such period.? In such case what shall be Changes in Syallbus& its contents.? Which subject can I start to attend classes.

Sir, i am in regular b.com 3rd year college and i have cleared both groups of CA-IPC.My college classes were over on 10/03/2016 and i have exams from 5/04/2016.I want to register for articleship before 30/04/2016 so that my attempt comes in november 2018. My college is ready to give me an NOC regarding the end of classes in college. Can i legally start my articleship now?
