I am presently pursuing my articleship and planning to under go industrial training.But I would like to know whether permission of principle is required or not?

I hav rgstrd myslf for cs profsnl in aug2010 and attmtd nly 2 attmpts of cs final exams as per old syllabus after that. so now i want to appear for june16 exams whthr i have to do reregstrn for cs final or can gv exmz by submtng online form . can i opt for old syllabus for this hune16 exmz ?

I have completed my articleship of 2 years and want a transfer for some family problem..most people suggested me apply on grounds of native place but their is no CA at my native place who has vacancy for registration of article ship..need help tp overcome this problem.

Is Companies (Amendment) Act, 2015 applicable for CA IPCC May, 2016 exam?

I am a direct entry student and have my attemp due in NOV 16. I want to appear for both group of IPCC. I haven't take any classes yet and finding it very difficult to prepare for both group within time. I also want to clear IPCC in first attempt. so I wanted to know whether skipping an attempt would be advisable and is there any drawback of it.

i had received the letter from icai which states as follows.
"this is with reference to papers submitted by you for the completion of articles of Mr. balasaheb wro .
we have since noted in our records that mr.balasaheb wro (No.) has completed the articles period on 25-01-2016 "
so i have completed my articleship ? is there any special type letter issue the icai in this regard?
pls ans immediately i am in trouble.

hello friends , I clear my CA final group 1 in 3rd attempt & exempt isca exam in Nov 2015 . my balance 3 exams due in may 2016. My mind is not focus in study and I m feel very depressed and demotivated. Actually I lost my passion towards my dream of becoming CA. But i want to become CA in may 2016. I sit for study 12 to 13 hours in a day but no output and at the end i feel very guilty . Pls pls help me how I gain my passion and study with full dedication. how I plan my balance 3 subjects . I have left with very few no. of days. Pls provide me proper schedule including revision schedule for DT ,IDT & AMA . THANKS IN ADVANCE

Sir..how much early we need to take prior permission of the institute.? also it is still required when my grandparents want to shift wid my parents n I hav no option other dan to go wid dem..as I am currently residing wid dem..
