Sir i have taken leaves of 200 days including gmcs leaves and exam day leaves throught my articleship period. so icai can give me certificate of completion after taking gmcs and exams leave as working days. pls give information..

While submitting articleship completion form 108 you should exclude leave taken for gmcs days and icai exam days and intervening holidays from total leave taken and report net leave only in form 108 and these days may be treated as period actually worked under articleship
