I have completed my articleship of 2 years and want a transfer for some family problem..most people suggested me apply on grounds of native place but their is no CA at my native place who has vacancy for registration of article ship..need help tp overcome this problem.

Yes, you should have valid reason(convincing to ICAI) to permit you for transfer.if you need to relocate to another place due to this explain the same to ICAI in a letter seeking permission for transfer.
If ICAI permits you may take transfer by submitting Form 109
