18 March 2016 Hey I have heard that you can freely transfer your articles from one to Principle to another with in 1 year.
1)Is it true?
2)Can I know the formalities?

2)just get your form 109 signed by your principal and send to icai and send form 103 to icai once registered with other CA for balance period of articleship

18 March 2016 Can i get it from ICAI site or do i have to visit any of the chapter for this form.Is there any other formality for this other than the forms?Will it cause any complications? I am planning to join a firm this april(1st time),so want to be sure about everything b4 i take the dive
