21 March 2016 Can anyone know that the public holiday worked as an article assistant can be adjusted against the leaves taken during course of articleship..?? Also can anyone have list of SIRC OF ICAI PUBLIC HOLIDAY LIST FOR 2013,2014,2015,2016

21 March 2016 What is the exact problem dear? Please dont try to over stretch any such matter at least with Principal. You can contact me for any help. Few days this side or that side.....should not be a bother some proposition. Try to compare these days with you life span of around 75 years. It will prove out to be pea nut days......... If possible please explain me the case date wise. my email id is amolshankar@gmail.com
(The articled clerk working on holiday/ public holiday gets the entitlement of compensatory off. Which in turn can be adjusted against leave.)
