Applicability of new syallbus for ca-final

Hello Everyone,
My CA Final attempt is On November-16. Will the New syallbus come into effect with such period.?
In such case what shall be Changes in Syallbus& its contents.? Which subject can I start to attend classes.

Not yet finalized by ICAI wait for official announcment, students who are already registered old course will be allowed to appear exam as per old syllabus for some no. of attempts
