ICAI has announced the procedure for verification of Answer Books. Does it mean that we can see our checked answer books?

One of my collegue..apeared for PE2 in May 2009 ..n got failed...he is trying to clear it from MAY 2007.

After May 2009...falure result he loosed there confidence...n join the job n left the CA...

Now he got lot of motivation from there BOSSES...
n his bosses want that he should apear for it...

Please give me the solution how he can apear again ?
whether he can apeare in PE2 again...or have to join IPCC...

What is the procedure to rejoin...the CA...
?

Please read the following situation

in a partnership Firm (CA Firm) their is 5 ca partner and they work together in the name xyz & co. since last 3 years. one day institute remove 1 partner’s name out of 5 partner for 6 month.



Now my query is that what happened of article’s who is under that CA (i.e whose name is remove) ?

Do I get any exemption in CS-Executive Prog ie Inter, on the basis of CA-IPCC..

I mean any Subject wise exemption ????

Is SECURITIES APPELATE TRIBUNAL ( PROCEDURES) APPEAL, 2000 is different from topic "SAT"...?

hello,i want 2 ask question about my future.i gave my Ca Final exam for 3rd time but i didnt clear it.i m completely fed up n depressed about the checking.me thinking of quitting Ca but dont know about whether i will get a good job since i have only 3 years articleship experience.Please help me what shud i do? n shud i write my qualification as CA inter only? please help
