24 July 2010 I mean to say,,,,,,it only lays down the rules and not the procedures......

matlab, procedures ke liye bhi "RULES" definr kiye hai naaa SEBI nay...

SAT KE "Procedures" tooooo alag HAI NAA isss sat rules se......

please clarify
