i want to know about CA

sir my 1 friend is in pcc....n last time he got exemption in accounts n law...i'e 60 in each...n he missed on 2nd group bcz f aggregate...now sum1 told him dat...how much evr marks he will get in audit...lets assume...40 only...his 1st group's total will b ... 160...he will get 10 marks as set/off in group -2...his exams r on...n he wants to get his doubt cleared asap...plz reply at ur earliest..

I will remain thankful if you can suggest me good reference books best suitable for self study, other than Paduka, for the following subjects of CA Final (New Course) 2nd Group:


1. Advanced Management Accounting.


2. Direct Tax Laws


3. Indirect Tax Laws.

I have completed second group in CA final and have not yet passed the first group. I am not appearing in the November 10 exams and want to appear in May 2011. Plz suggest me my future action, as the final old course is closed. Do i need to register for final again. If yes, guide me through the procedure and should i write the two groups again or is it enough if i appear and pass the first group in new course.

Just wanted to know, whether Tax codes will be included in upcoming May 2011 CA Final examinations???

Generally these days our exam schedule is like...
1 day = paper (exam)
d other day = holiday...

My query is does this holiday count as Leave in articlshp attendance?
OR
Is it a day considered as "Present" just like d day of xam???

If its Present day, pls do give a reference so dt I can show it to my Boss...!!!

hello experts pls tell who pays for share trnsfer deed transferor or the transferee....... whether a single deed is executed by both the transferor or the transferee ? who pays for stamp duty transferor or transferee?

I drop my Nov examination because lack of confidence and also properly revision. I am very confused how to revised in before examination ( How many - Time, Hours, days, months). That period difference in my examination. I am PCC student, previously my problem is language(English) but now some of recovery that in my point of view. Please tell me " How to revised all the subject continuously and properly and also to handle the examination pressure one month before examination.

1. Am i eligible to take transfer if my articleship period gets over though i m having excess leave for which i want to serve elsewhere.
2. Will i get present for my itt training since i m not getting it. For this whom should i address my grievance to the Institute. I m registered at Kolkata Office. Please suggest.

Is lodha & co. good firm for pursuing my articleship and also suggest some other firms also in delhi
