15 November 2010 hello experts pls tell who pays for share trnsfer deed transferor or the transferee....... whether a single deed is executed by both the transferor or the transferee ? who pays for stamp duty transferor or transferee?

15 November 2010 transferee unless there is an agreement otherwise.

16 November 2010 Stamp duty is to be paid by transferee unless otherwise decided by parties. Single tran deed is enough. Cost of 1 share tran deed form is Rs. 2 in Delhi…
