hello experts pls tell who pays for share trnsfer deed transferor or the transferee....... whether a single deed is executed by both the transferor or the transferee ? who pays for stamp duty transferor or transferee?

Stamp duty is to be paid by transferee unless otherwise decided by parties. Single tran deed is enough. Cost of 1 share tran deed form is Rs. 2 in Delhi…
