what is limt of pcc & final attemts.

I just gone through an article which is very interesting that students who are doing CA course has to form groups and each student has to read one subject and has to discuss or tell with others who read other subject. That other person has to discuss what he read like each has to discuss each and every subject. so tht the course will be easily covered.

if any one are interested kindly find a way for discussing PCC-CA all subjects chapter wise subject wise if possible. I want to join or else let us make a group of this.

Pl kindly cooperate to this.


I am giving my attempt in May 2011 please daily we have to study with the group like wise we plan.

i want to know how to deal with case law names.... as suggested by Ankur sir i have maintained a diary for all imp case laws for c.law, eco law ,labour laws.

but i am not able to revise all those names. so even after giving my best to revise those i am getting those in exams

so shall i write as

Plz tell me what is the procedure for transfer of articles from one firm to another..??I've heard that before filng Form 109 I need to take the permission of the institute stating the reason for my transfer and that after I get an approval letter form the institute then only I can send Form 109, is it true??
I have completed 2.5 years of articles in Kurnool(200 kms frm Hyderabad, AP)now my parents got transferred to Hyderabad, i have sent the above mentioned letter to the institute about 2 months back but there is no reply as yet..now i have shifted to hyd (1 week ago)n temprly joined my uncle whoz a CA(just for experience)..my term of articles will be over by july 21,2011..Should i go back to kurnool???
My firm in kurnool is ready for the transfer but not for secondment..I m really confused as to what to do..??
I also wanted to know that whether this time period of delay will extend my article period after 21/07/2011..????

can u plz tell me the eligibility to appear in final exams in May'11 as my result of PCC is awaited and May'11 is allotted to me for final exams.

Sir i had joined articalship from 10th Dec.2007 and my 3.5 year articalship complete in june 2011 but i have not taken leave of 6 month thats why i will compliting my 3 year articleship(without leave) in Dec 2010.
To sir kya me apne c.a se article ship end hone ka certificate le sakta hu or usko institute bhej sakta hu? Plz rpy me

i had registered for icwa in postal coaching mode in old syllabus in 2008 but i couldn't complete postal cc also.

Is my registration is valid now and what i have to do? is any conversion is possible?

Is it anyway possible that we can do industrial traning in film industry???
if yes would it be benficial for us in the future....

M ABOUT TO COMPLETE MY ARTICLESHIP IN COMING JAN, BUT MY SIR IS TRYING TO EXTEND IT FOR 6 MONTHS FOR NO REASON, ACTUALLY THE MATTER IS THAT NO NEW ARTICLE HV JOINED OUR OFF NOR ANY OTHER NEW STAFF IS COMING SO HE IS IN A PROBLEM. I HV SAID THAT ILL EXTEND IT TILL MARCH (I.E 2MONTHS AFTER COMPLETION) BUT NOT MORE THAN IT, BUT HE IS NOT READY FOR THIS. IF ALL OUR ARTICLESHIP RULES ARE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION THEN I CAN TAKE LEAVE FOR MORE THAN 3 MONTHS,(I.E THERE WAS NO NEED OF ME GOIN TO OFF FROM NOV-10 TO JAN 11) SO IN THIS SENCE I HV EXCEEDED MY ARTICLE SHIP DURATION.
SO HERE I WANNA KNOW HOW A STRICT ACTION CAN BE TAKEN ON SUCH CA'S WITH THE HELP OF OUR INSTITUTE, N M PLANNING OF NOT GOIN TO OFF UNLESS THIS MATTER IS SORTED OUT.
SO PLZ TELL ME HOW SHOULD I SOLVE THIS PROBLEM.
