20 December 2010 hello experts

i want to know how to deal with case law names.... as suggested by Ankur sir i have maintained a diary for all imp case laws for c.law, eco law ,labour laws.

but i am not able to revise all those names. so even after giving my best to revise those i am getting those in exams

so shall i write as

"IN A SIMILAR DECIEDED CASE"

20 December 2010 Yes Definately If U Not Remember Those Case Law at Exam Time Then U May Write Like This.

See u r trying ur best....rest is dependent on exam question and current situation...

We used to discuss the cases at the time of preparing. So there is nothing to worry and just chill...

In exam just try to recall and that is it...no need to take too much load...
