My client is booking purchase at the rate provided by CBEC for bill of entry for home consumption. which is wrong but how to explain him, and what would be right rate of exchange for booking purchase. any substaintial material to prove that wrong and to show right procedure?

can we work another any other CA without salary under whom we get better exposure??
or is there any part time job that we can do to have more practical knowledge(salary is not a matter)
actaully my CA has just one or two company & i have just a year left for completion of articleship
to be a successful CA i need to have a lots of practical exposure in various fields, but unfortunatley i dnt have a little knowledge of what an ideal CA has

I AM STUDENT OF CA FINAL. I PASSED INTERMEDIATE EXAMINATION IN 2004.I HAD COMPLETED MY 3 YEAR ARTICALSHIP TRAINING. AFTER 5 YEAR GAP I WANT TO APPEAR IN CA FINAL EXAMINATION.
I HAVE CA FINAL REGISTRATION NUMBER FOR OLD SYLABUS.
I WANT TO APPEAR WITH NEW CA FINAL SYLLABUS EXAMINATION.
PLEASE SUGEST ME.

Can I terminate or take a transfer of my articlship from one CA to another If yes then please tell me the conditions on which I can do the same
